    这十八招Web2.0创业者千万不要学(The 18 Mistakes That Kill Startups)
     
    1.单一创立者  (会很累、很苦、而且没有伙伴可以商量讨论针砭)
     
    2.差劲的地点  (缺乏产业的群聚效应,专家聚落、标准较高、旁人了解、容易雇员、支持产业、同业切磋)
     
    3.边际利基  (点子好就必然要面对竞争,跳进干干净净的蓝海最后只会一个人溺死)
     
    4.衍生点子  (模仿成不了气候,要解决现有服务的问题,而不是重复问题)
     
    5.顽固  (不要太执着于起初的想法,要有弹性)
     
    6.请到坏工程师  (出点子的(商)人跟工程师之间容易产生沟通问题)
     
    7.选了错误的平台  (eh...好像就是说别用windows,爱用linux或freebsd,其它的不懂)
     
    8.启动太慢  (完成85%就很够了,赶快推出才能逼自己赶快改进)
     
    9.启动太快  (要吸引早期采用者,起码要有点堪用之处)
     
    10.心中无特定使用者  (自己不知道东西做出来给谁用...)
     
    11.钱太少  (没办法进入下一阶段)
     
    12.花太多  (少见,但是如果请太多人、不必要的人,烧钱会很快)
     
    13.钱太多  (等于被创投者掐住脖子,逼着要做出成绩来,而且会被困在同一个方向)
     
    14.差劲的投资者管理  (顾虑投资者太多问题比较大)
     
    15.为了[想象中的]利益而牺牲使用者  (先做出使用者要的东西,因为这个比找出商业模式简单多了;不思考商业模式当然是不负责任,但是比起不把心思放在产品上...后者问题更大!)
     
    16.不想弄脏手  (就是说工程师也得面对客户、面对会计金钱投资者....一大堆他们认为比程序代码还复杂的东西)
     
    17.创业者内哄  (嗯...其实也还好,打打闹闹人之常情,不过最好在启动前就发生)
     
    18.半桶水、三分钟热度  (赶快把正职辞掉....最好啦)
